Ingredients
1 cl Angostura Bitter
1 cl Grenadine
2 cl Zitronensaft
4 cl Brandy
10 cl Sekt
Instructions
Ein weiterer spritziger Sektdrink. Sehr gut geeignet, um in Stimmung zu kommen!
Zur Zubereitung Angostura, Zitronensaft, Grenadine und Brandy im vorgekühlten Shaker kräftig schütteln. Dann durch ein Barsieb in einen mit crushed Ice gefüllten Sektkelch oder eine Sektschale abseihen und mit kaltem Sekt auffüllen. Mit einer Zitronenscheibe oder Limette ganieren. Bartime Empfehlung: Mit Champagner anstatt Sekt wird der Cocktail noch etwas edler!
