Royal Gin Fizz
Ingredients
5 cl Gin
2 cl Zitronensaft
5 cl Champagner
Instructions
Der Royal Gin Fizz ist die edle und spritzige Variante des bewährten Klassikers.
Ein Eiweiß, 2,5 cl frisch gepressten Zitronensaft, einen Barlöffel Zucker und 5 cl Gin mit Eis in einem Shaker ordentlich durchschütteln. In ein mit frischem Eis gefülltes Glas abseihen und mit Champagner auffüllen. Als Garnitur empfiehlt sich eine Zitronenscheibe.
