Punsch Dublin
Ingredients
Saft von 1 Zitrone
Schale von 1/2 ungespritzten Zitrone
50 g Zucker
50 g Honig
1 Stück Zimtstange
1 Flasche irischer Whisky
1 Prise geriebene Muskatnuß
Instructions
Den Zitronensaft und die Zitronenschale, Zucker, Honig und Zimt mit 1/2 l heißem Wasser verrühren. Den Whisky dazugeben und bis kurz vor dem Siedepunkt erhitzen.
Die Zimtstange herausnehmen und eine Prise Muskatnuß über den Punsch reiben.
