Ingredients
½ Knoblauchzehe
Salz
4 EL Tequila
1 ½ EL frischer Limettensaft
2 TL Orangenliör
zerstoßene Eiswürfel
Instructions
Knoblauch zerstoßen und die Ränder von zwei Cocktailgläsern (Inhalt 90 ml) mit der Schnittseite einreiben.
Glasränder in Salz tauchen, Gläser kalt stellen.
Tequila, Limettensaft und Orangenlikör mit dem Eis in einem Glas mit Schraubverschluß schütteln und durch ein Sieb - damit das Eis den Cocktail nicht verdünnt - in die vorbereiteten Gläser gießen.
