Ingredients
4 cl Tequila (weiß)
1 cl Creme de Menthe (grün)
1 cl Grapefruitsaft
10 g Zucker
Puderzucker
etwas Minze
1 Zitronenachtel
Instructions
Den Rand einer Cocktailschale mit einem Zitronenachtel
befeuchten und in einem flachen, mit Zucker bestreuten
Teller mit Crustarand versehen. Das Glas etwa zur Hälfte
mit gestoßenem Eis füllen.
Die flüssigen Zutaten, einen Barlöffel Puderzucker und einige
Eiswürfel in den Shaker geben und kräftig schütteln.
Die Mischung durch das Barsieb in die Cocktailschale abseihen
und sofort servieren. Die Minze in das Glas geben.
