Kutscher Kaffee
Ingredients
50 g gemahlener Kaffee
1/8 l süße Sahne
1/4 l Wasser
1 Teelöffel grober brauner Zucker
Instructions
Den Kaffee zubereiten, nach Möglichkeit in Kaffeegläser geben,
diese aber nur zur Hälfte füllen.
Jedes Glas erhält dann aus der geschlagenen Sahne eine Haube,
die zum Abschluss mit etwas braunem Zucker bestreut wird.
