French Hot Coffee
Ingredients
2-3 cl Calvados
1-2 cl Grand Marnier
1 Tasse frisch aufgebrühten Kaffee
brauner Zucker nach Geschmack
etwas Sahne
Instructions
Den Calvados und den Grand Marnier erhitzen, aber nicht aufkochen lassen. In ein feuerfestes Glas umfüllen. Den Zucker dazugeben, mit heißem Kaffee auffüllen, umrühren und die Sahne auf die Oberfläche laufen lassen. Gleich servieren und natürlich genießen.
