Kaffee Curacao
Ingredients
1/8 l Milch
25 g dunkle Kuvertüre
1/8 l starker Kaffee
50 ml Orangenlikör/Curacao
1/2 Tasse Schlagsahne
2 Teelöffel Schokoladenraspel
Instructions
Milch und zerbröckelte Schokolade aufkochen, ab und zu rühren.
Den heißen Kaffee mit Orangenlikör bis kurz vor dem Siedepunkt erhitzen.
Sahne zu weichem Schaum schlagen. Kaffee in 2 Tassen verteilen,
mit Sahnehäubchen und Raspeln bedecken.
