Ingredients
3/4 l starker Kaffee
100 g dunkle Schokolade
1 1/2 Deziliter Rahm
eine Spur Muskat
Instructions
Die Schokolade zerbröckeln. Denn sehr heißen Kaffee dazugießen und umrühren, bis die Schokolade geschmolzen ist. Auf vier Tassen verteilen, mit einer Haube geschlagenem Rahm krönen und mit wenig Muskat überstäuben.
