Ingredients
150 ml Sahne
4 EL Zucker
125 ml brauner Rum
300 ml starker Kaffee
Instructions
Sahne leicht anschlagen. Zucker und Rum erwärmen,
in zwei hohe Kaffeegläser geben.
Mit dem Kaffee auffüllen. Die Sahne über einen Löffelrücken auf den Kaffee fließen lassen, damit sie auf der Oberfläche schwimmt und nicht versinkt. Sofort servieren.
