Eiskaffee Classico
Ingredients
400 g Vanilleglace
2 Teelöffel löslichem Kaffee
2 dl Rahm
4 Schokolade-Mokkabohnen
Zucker
Instructions
Den Kaffee mit zwei Esslöffeln heissem Wasser auflösen und unter die Vanilleglace mischen. Das ganze je nach Belieben mit dem Zucker süßen. Mit dem Schneebesen gut durchrühren und in hohe Gläser verteilen. Mit einer Haube leicht gesüßtem Schlagrahm überdecken und mit einer Mokkabohne garnieren.
