Ingredients
1/4 l kalter starker Kaffee
1 Ei
5 Eiswürfel
4 El Ahornsirup
6 El Milch
2 El Sahne
4 El Eiscreme Vanille
1 El Rum
15 g Rosinen
Instructions
Rosinen in Rum einweichen. Kaffee, Ei, Eiswürfel, Ahornsirup, Milch und Sahne in einen Topf geben und mit dem Mixer auf höchster Stufe miteinander verquirlen bis es schaumig wird. Das Ganze auf vier hohe Gläser verteilen und vor dem Servieren mit etwas Eiscreme und Rum-Rosinen krönen.
