Mexican Spiced Coffee
Ingredients
3/4 Tasse brauner Zucker
6 Nelken
6 schmale Scheiben Orangenschale
3 Zimtstangen
6 EL Kaffeepulver (kein Instantkaffee!)
6 Tassen Wasser
Instructions
In einem großen Topf sechs Tassen Wasser mit dem braunen Zucker, Nelken und Zimtstangen erhitzen, nicht kochen lassen.
Kaffee hinzugeben und Mischung drei Minuten sanft köcheln lassen.
Flüssigkeit durch ein feines Sieb geben und in einzelnen Tassen mit einem Stückchen Orangenschale servieren.
