Ingredients
1/8 l Kondensmilch
1 EL Kakaopulver
2 EL Zucker
1/4 l starker heißer Kaffee
4 cl trockener Sherry
2 Prisen geriebene Zartbitterschokolade
Instructions
Kondensmilch mit Kakaopulver und Zucker aufkochen, Kaffee hinzufügen, Sherry unterrühren.
Kaffee "Andaluse" in zwei Tassen füllen, je eine Prise Zartbitterschokolade drüberstreuen.
