1/2 Tasse Weinbrand
2 Nelken
1 Stange Zimt
20 g Zucker
etwas Zitronen- u. Orangenschale (oder Schalenaroma)
2 Tassen heißen Kaffee
1/2 Tasse Schlagsahne
Instructions
Weinbrand und Gewürze in einen Topf erhitzen.
Flambieren und mit frischem Kaffee ablöschen und durch ein feines Sieb in Tassen filtern.
Mit Sahne-Häubchen servieren.
