Café Cordial
Ingredients
4 Eiswürfel
3 cl Weinbrand
3 cl Creme de Cacao
3 cl starker Kaffee
1 TL Vanillezucker
1 St Zitronenschale
Instructions
Die Eiswürfel in den Shaker geben.
Den Weinbrand, die Creme de Cacao und den Kaffee in den Shaker gießen. Den Vanillezucker dazugeben und alles etwa 20 sek kräftig schütteln.
Das Ganze durch das Barsieb ins Glas gießen. Die Zitronenschale solange knicken oder wie ein Handtuch auswringen bis ein Tropfen Schalenöl ins Glas tropft. Die Schale ins Glas geben und den Cafe Cordial servieren.
