Rüdesheimer Kaffee
Ingredients
3 Stk. Würfelzucker
4 cl Asbach Uralt
Sahne
Schokoladenraspel
Instructions
In die angewärmte Kaffeetasse 3 Stk. Würfelzucker geben,
dazu 4 cl sehr gut vorgewärmten Asbach Uralt.
Mit einem Streichholz anzünden, etwa eine Minute brennen lassen und dabei mit einem Barlöffel umrühren. Mit heißem Kaffee bis etwa 2 cm unter den Tassenrand auffüllen und eine vanillegewürzte Schlagobershaube auf den Kaffee setzen. Mit Schokoladeraspeln bestreuen und servieren.
