Espresso Sorbeto
Ingredients
350 ml gebrühter Espresso
4 Zuckerwürfel
450 ml fettarme Milch
Instructions
Den Espresso in einen Eiswürfelbehälter gießen und frieren lassen, bis er fest ist. Den gefrorenen Espresso und die übrigen Zutaten im Mixer 3 Minuten zu einer weichen Masse verarbeiten. Oder den Sorbeto in einer Eismaschine nach Gebrauchsanweisung herstellen. In geeisten Gläsern servieren.
