Mandel Eiskaffee
Ingredients
50 g Sahne
2 Kugeln Vanilleeis
1/4 l kalter, starker Kaffee
2 cl Mandelsirup oder Amaretto
Mandelsplitter und Schokospäne zum garnieren
Instructions
Für den Eiskaffee die Sahne mit dem Schneebesen oder dem Handrührgerät cremig aufschlagen. Das Vanilleeis auf 2 große Gläser verteilen.
Den Kaffee mit dem Mandelsirup oder Amaretto mischen und darüber gießen. Beide Gläser mit einer Sahnehaube garnieren und mit Mandelsplittern und Schokospänen garnieren.
