Ingredients
5 cl Sekt
1 cl Grenadine
Instructions
Pro Cocktail ist etwa ein halber frischer und reifer Pfirsich zu rechnen.
Zuerst die Pfirsichhälfte entkernen und waschen, trocknen und dünn die Haut abschälen. Dann wird das Fruchtfleisch zusammen mit der Grenadine im Elektromixer püriert. Das Pfirsichpüree in einen Sektkelch geben, langsam mit eiskaltem Sekt oder - noch edler - mit Champagner auffüllen und kurz umrühren.
