Chinabowle
Ingredients
3 TL Tee
1/2 l Wasser
100 g Zucker
1Zitrone
1 Glas Himbeergeist
1 Glas Arrak
1 Vanilleschote
1 Dose Litschis
1 Flasche Weißwein
Instructions
Den Tee mit dem Wasser aufbrühen, 5 Minuten ziehen lassen, abseihen und den Zucker dazugeben.
Die Zitrone auspressen und mit dem Himbeergeist und dem Arrak vermischen.
Alles vermischen, ebenso die aufgeschnittene Vanilleschote und die Litschis mit Saft.
Nun mit dem sehr kalten Weißwein auffüllen. In jedes Glas eine Zitronenspirale hängen.
