Campari Orange
Ingredients
1/3 Campari Soda
2/3 frisch gepreßter Orangensaft
Eiswürfel
Instructions
Einige Eiswürfel in das Glas geben, gerade soviel Campari Soda hinzugießen, daß die Eiswürfel davon bedeckt sind. Mit Orangensaft auffüllen. Kurz umrühren und mit Trinkhalm servieren.
Campari Soda ist zwar in Spirituosen-Abteilungen erhältlich, kann aber leicht selbst gemixt und dabei noch verfeinert werden. Dazu nimmt man ca. 3 cl Campari Liqueur, einen Schuß Vermouth rosso und füllt das ganze mit Sodawasser auf. Die Eiswürfel natürlich nicht vergessen!
Falls man Soda aus dem Siphon verwendet kann man sich das noch abschließende Umrühren sparen.
