Gewürzkaffee
Ingredients
1/8 l Mokka (oder starker Kaffee)
2 Würfelzucker
4 cl Rum
1 Prise Nelkenpulver
1 Prise Zimtpulver
1 Prise Ingwerpulver
1/2 TL geriebene Orangenschale
2 Portionen geschlagene u. mit Vanillinzucker gesüßte Sahne
Instructions
Den Würfelzucker in zwei Tassen geben und mit Rum tränken.
Alle Gewürze hinzufügen. Den heißen Mokka eingießen, so lange rühren, bis sich der Zucker aufgelöst hat.
Je eine Portion aromatisierte Sahne darauf verteilen.
