Kaffee Pucci
Ingredients
1 cl brauner Rum
1 cl Mandellikör
1 TL Zucker
1 heißer doppelter Espresso (etwa 80ml)
Instructions
Den Rum und den Mandellikör in eine Tasse geben den Zucker unter Rühren darin auflösen. Den doppelten Espresso über die Rum-Likör-Mischung gießen und gleich servieren. Sie können anstelle des Mandellikörs einen Orangenlikör in den Espresso geben. Das verleiht dem kleinen schwarzen die fruchtige Note. Und wer es etwas stärker mag, nimmt statt Rum und Likör einen guten Obstler.
