Ingredients
2 cl Rum (weiß)
2 cl Erdbeersirup
6 cl Champagner
1 cl Blue Curacao
10 g Zucker
1 Orangenscheibe
Instructions
Den Rand einer Champagnerschale mit Blue Curacao
benetzen und mit einem Crustarand versehen. Das Glas
etwa zur Hälfte mit gestoßenem Eis füllen, Rum und
Erdbeersirup dazugeben und vorsichtig verrühren. Mit
eiskaltem trockenem Champagner aufgießen und sofort servieren.
Die Orangenscheibe wird an den Glasrand gegeben.
