Ingredients
1/4 l Rum
1 l Weißwein
100 g Rosinen
100 g Zucker
Zitrone
Zimt
3 Nelken
Instructions
Die Rosinen abbrühen.
Anschließend mit dem Rum übergießen und 1/2 Stunde quellen lassen.
Den Weißwein, Zucker, den Saft und die Schale von 1/2 Zitrone, 1/2 Stange Zimt und die Nelken hinzufügen und erhitzen.
Durch ein Sieb in vorgewärmte Gläser füllen.
