Knoblauchwodka
Ingredients
50 g Knoblauchzehen
55 cl Wodka
1 EL Zucker
Instructions
Ungeschälte Knoblauchzehen 30 Sekunden in kochendem Wasser blanchieren, abgießen und jede Zehe mehrfach einstechen.
Knoblauchzehen in eine leere Weinflasche füllen, Zucker dazugeben und mit Wodka übergießen. Fest verkorken und 2-3 Monate stehen lassen.
Wenn die gewünschte Stärke erreicht ist, abgießen und in eine saubere Flasche umfüllen. Hält sich unendlich lange.
